Products and Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, refuse or cancel orders, or correct pricing and product information when necessary.

Because our cakes and other baked goods are freshly prepared, slight variations in appearance, decoration, color, or presentation may occur.

Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change without notice. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Order Processing
Shipped orders are freshly prepared and typically require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping rates and available UPS services are displayed at checkout when applicable. Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by AK’s Cakes and Cupcakes.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for retrieving perishable packages promptly after delivery.

Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available for qualifying addresses. Availability and applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our food products, all food sales are final. Issues involving damaged, incorrect, or otherwise problematic orders will be reviewed individually in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Once preparation has begun, an order may no longer qualify for cancellation or refund.

Food Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before placing an order. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
